UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (incl. DC, PR) – $10 USD flat fee + $25 USD tracked shipping + $2 USD per additional item
UNITED KINGDOM (incl. NI) – £7.50 GBP flat rate + £25 GBP shipping costs* + £1.50 GBP per additional item
REPUBLIC OF IRELAND – €8 EUR flat rate + €25.50 EUR shipping costs* + €2 EUR per additional item
FRANCE (excl. outre-mer) – €8 EUR flat rate + €28 EUR shipping costs* + €2 EUR per additional item
