How do I place an order?

What forms of payment are accepted?
We have partnered with many major financial institutions globally. We accept credit card payments, as well as transfers via PayPal or Wise.
Please note that the prices are currently in USD. We can accept foreign currency upon request. We are working to convert our prices to foreign currency and broaden payment methods as soon as possible.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is tracked, we will calculate shipping costs based on quantity, rest assured we are pleased to offer some of the lowest shipping rates in the industry due to our close relationships with pharmaceutical shippers worldwide. If the nearest distribution office to you does not have enough of a particular product in stock, rest assured we have multiple locations globally to ensure you receive your medications as promised. Our customer service staff will never ask you for payment directly. We guarantee your product will arrive within 60 days or we will reship free of charge and/or offer at least 50% refund to you. You are also entitled to a full refund upon cancellation up to the point when it leaves its final distribution centre.
Will the parcel say that I ordered medication?
Every one of our parcels is shipped with the utmost discretion. No one will be able to tell what you ordered.
Will I receive an invoice?
You will receive an invoice via the email you provided us. Note that this email will be originating from our partner World Enterprise Services.
